- Condition of the roof and gutters

- Service entrance and breaker panel capacity
- Electrical grounding
- Outlet points (maximum load per room)
- Exposed or concealed wiring
Plumbing system
- Water pressure at every point
- Drains and sewage working properly
- Condition of valves and faucets
- Water tank (sanitation, volume, position)

- Condition of the garage and parking space markings
- Entrance hall and corridors
- Condition of the façade
